Thanks a lot Cinderella

When I got home from exercising tonight I found Sophia in the basement with Doug like this. He said she even brought down the space heater by herself so she could be extra cozy. He said that she kept saying she was scared she was going to dream about monsters so she wanted him to snuggle her. He told her she wouldn't dream about monsters and she said "but dad, Cinderella says 'a dream that you wish will come true'". Thank you Cinderella for helping my daughter's monster nightmares become a reality.

Weight Gain

So I was reading up on my pregnancy literature and I read that from this point out I should plan on gaining one pound a week until I deliver. I told Doug that I have 23 weeks left and so I should plan on 23 more pounds (at least) and that it'd probably be more thanks to my July due date. He just laughed. Thanks for the support sweetie! JK. He really is supportive. I had a check up today and so far I've had a net weight gain of a pound. I can handle a 1 pound weight gain every 4 weeks. Let's keep it that way.

The world through Sophia's eyes

For Christmas Sophia got a cheap little camera. It's pretty high quality. Here's our favorites of what we found on it.
Self Portrait.

This one cracked us up. What a boring view! No wonder she wants a DVD player in the car.
Going to look at the lights at Salem Pond.

BWE

(stands for Best Weekend Ever - like BDE stands for Best Day Ever). Anyway, we had a fun weekend. On Saturday the girls and I got to go bowling with Jeff and Lexie and a few cousins. They had a blast! Lilly's favorite part was waiting for the ball to come out.

Sophia giving Lilly a good job pat on the back.
For some reason I think kids in bowling shoes are really cute.
It took Sophia's ball so long to roll down the lane she got tired and took a little nap.
On Sunday we went up to Salt Lake to celebrate my brother's birthday. We stayed over since Sophia didn't have preschool the next day and we had so much fun. Uncle Dylan is the best! He watched lots of movies with Sophia.
He also did way to many horsey rides. The kids had so much fun. What a great uncle! He even took the kids to Artic Circle and a pet store. He's so great.
My sis-in-law and I went to lunch and got pedicures. We had a pretty great time too. The girls fell asleep on the way home and didn't wake up until 8 am the next morning. We almost didn't bother putting them in their own beds. A sign of a good weekend.
