Rest of November, Our Anniversary, Thanksgiving and Snow!

This little indian came home from preschool before Thanksgiving.
And this little turkey came home one day too!
On another night when it snowed the kids couldn't wait to get out in it.  Lilly started out barefoot but eventually put some shoes on.
We also thought it would be funny to see how Bennett looked as a girl.  He'd still be pretty cute!
Thanksgiving finally came and was a good one this year!! We made our favorite - Pecan Pie
and took this turkey with us to 2 dinners with family.
We met earlier in the day to have dinner with Doug's family.  I brought a fruit turkey in honor of my mother-in-law who wasn't there.  She makes better ones though!
Alexander and Bennett.  They're 9 days apart and it was fun to finally get a picture of them together!
After that we went to my parent's house for another meal.  It was equally delicious!
And we managed to fill out our gratitude tree during the month!
The girls also put on a cute Thanksgiving play.  Here was a cute indian with her little papoose.
The day after Thanksgiving was our anniversary.  13 years!! We started the morning with a sealing session in the temple.
Then we went to Mabelby's for lunch - we had our wedding luncheon at Magelby's - different location though.
Later that day Doug's brother watched our big kids and we went to Salt Lake for some shopping.  We also picked up some delicious desserts from Gourmandise
and a yummy dinner at Sigfrieds.
Doug gave me a globe and marked all the places we've been to with glow in the dark paint.  I loved it!!
He also gave me this cute card.  And I gave him a giant warm blanket...
 More smiles from this guy!
Mabel also had a turn to go on a date in November.  She chose the same thing she did in the spring. A lunch sack from Stokes and playing at the park.  It was absolutely freezing but we still had a good time.
Later that day we set up the kids tree downstairs.
Here's some random cute notes we got from Mabel.
The back of this one said "I want to eat you!"
And 2 brothers ready for church!
Mabel also made this for Bennett to show her love.
The girls set up a tree stand for Lewis and Mabel to pick a tree to decorate. Such good sisters.
And we thing this baby is awesome!!
He turned 2 months old on Nov. 30.  I don't know why these are sideways but they are!

Doug needs to start a gift suggestion business for men!
