We have had fun gathering the first of our harvest lately. We used some new fertilizer this year and bought our plants from a different nursery and I think it may have helped.
Here's a pepper we picked last week. I can't believe it's bigger than a banana! On the right is some green zebra tomatoes. These have been kind of fun too.
Here's 1 of about 100 birdhouse gourds that we got from 1 plant. We seriously are going to have a million of these. Anyone need some for decorating?
We've already done a bunch of beans and a batch of spaghetti sauce. Can't wait to start canning some salsa and peaches!
