We had a great Memorial Day weekend. We left last Thursday to spend a few days at the Wales house. Ephraim was having their Scandinavian Festival that weekend so we went over there for a little while. We found a fun family park and had a fun time throwing a Frisbee and playing around. Doug and Sophia fun with their little lacrosse tossers. Come on guys. Act like you're actually playing with it.
We also went to the parade for the festival. You can see Mabel's poor scars from her sun blisters in this picture. They look much better now!
The kids excited to catch something! Throw it to me! Throw it to me!
Ah man. Maybe next time.
We did get plenty of candy and even got to take a picture with these awesome vikings!
Grandma and Grandpa also took the kids on a ride. Sophia was just a little bit excited about it.
These 2 had fun playing together all weekend.
My sweet, cutest, newest nephew Jackson was there too.
Sophia sure enjoyed him!
On the actual holiday we went to the Sandy Cemetery to see a new monument one of my mom's relatives had rebuilt. Our family did a little musical number for a program there but of course I didn't take any pictures! After that we went to my brother Dylan's for some delicious food. Overall, it was a successful weekend!
